Josh is a certified personal trainer (NCSF) who has helped countless clients achieve their strength and fitness goals through barbell training. He prides himself on his ability to design custom training and nutrition plans, that continue to help his clients exceed their athletic, aesthetic, and overall health goals. When he isn't coaching, you might find Josh preparing to compete in upcoming Olympic Weightlifting events, teaching his cats new tricks, or designing the perfect burrito.
Bram McArthur holds a M.A. in Kinesiology and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is a Club Level Coach through USA Weightlifting, the national governing body for the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. Bram specializes in strength programming with a focus on proper technique and precision movement, particularly refinement of the Olympic lifts and their derivatives.
Zac holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and has a strong understanding of the biomechanics involved in using a barbell for safe and efficient strength training. His ability to make small daily adjustments to technique and programming has helped his clients achieve big personal records. He is also a Sports Performance coach through USA Weightlifting, the national governing body of Olympic Weightlifting. In addition to coaching, Zac competes in powerlifting in the 220lb weight class. When he is not coaching, he can be found training for his next powerlifting competition, or cheering on the Warriors. Go Dubbs!
Scott, a NASM certified personal trainer and a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance coach, comes to SF Iron with many years of personal training and coaching experience. Scott's passion has always been coaching and helping those around him get stronger. Before getting into personal training, Scott was a collegiate football coach, as well as a strength and conditioning coach. Scott, a South Florida native, when not at SF Iron, can be found bemoaning the Miami Dolphins and cheering on the Miami Heat.
